What You’ll Do- Lead with Vision:
Develop and execute strategies that keep Tri-State ahead of the curve. You’ll set goals, drive accountability, and ensure the branch consistently hits performance targets. - Run World-Class Operations:
Oversee daily operations and service delivery. You’ll track KPIs, fine-tune processes, and make data‑driven decisions to enhance efficiency and profitability. - Own the Numbers:
Manage budgets, financial reporting, and profitability. You’ll make smart, strategic choices that balance growth with financial health. - Build and Inspire a Winning Team:
Recruit, coach, and empower employees to reach their full potential. You’ll shape a positive culture centered on collaboration, excellence, and professional development. - Champion the Customer
Experience:
Ensure every customer interaction reflects our commitment to quality and care. You’ll address concerns quickly, implement improvements, and cultivate lasting customer loyalty. - Stay Compliant and Competitive:
Keep operations aligned with local, state, and industry regulations while identifying opportunities to strengthen compliance and operational best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred), or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of leadership experience in home services, construction, or a related industry required.
- Strong understanding of electrical and plumbing systems and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, drive profitability, and deliver operational excellence.
- A hands‑on, solution‑oriented leadership style that brings out the best in your team.
- Excellent communication, organization, and time‑management skills.
- Working knowledge of employment law (EEO, ADA, etc.) and HR best practices.
- Tech‑savvy mindset with the ability to quickly learn internal systems and reporting tools.
