President of Southeast Missouri Hospital College of Nursing & Health Sciences

As the administrative and cultural leader, the President is responsible for ensuring academic excellence, financial integrity, institutional advancement, student centricity, and the holistic formation of students in the health sciences disciplines.

The President represents the College to internal and external constituencies, guiding it toward continued growth, innovation, and service to the community in alignment with the Mercy tradition of compassion, service, justice, and respect for the dignity of every person.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education:

• Doctoral degree in nursing, education, or related field from a regionally accredited college or university

Experience:

• A record of success working in an academic leadership role

Preferred Qualifications:

Licensure:

• A current professional license or certification in his or her discipline as applicable
