BOLD is looking for an experienced Creative Designer who can dream up original campaign concepts, confidently pitch their ideas, and roll up their sleeves to make them happen.

We're looking for someone who thinks beyond the expected, understands the strategy behind great creative, and can turn a concept into a fully executed campaign.

You'll develop ideas and bring them to life across digital, print, and large-format media. Depending on the project, you'll either handle the design yourself or help guide fellow designers in executing the creative vision.

This isn't a role for someone who only wants to give creative direction. We want a big thinker who's just as comfortable doing the work.

• Create original campaign ideas that connect client objectives with compelling visual concepts.
• Pitch concepts to internal teams and communicate the creative strategy behind each idea.
• Incorporate feedback and develop concepts through final approval.

• Produce campaign creative for print, digital advertising, social media, email, signage, out-of-home, and experiential marketing.
• Translate approved concepts into consistent designs for different channels and formats.
• Deliver production-ready artwork and work with vendors and partners to maintain quality.

• Help fellow designers bring campaign concepts to life through guidance, feedback, and collaboration.
• Review creative work to maintain consistency with the campaign vision.
• Coordinate with the team to keep deliverables on schedule.

• Work with account management and analytics teams to understand client objectives and campaign performance.
• Balance multiple campaigns, projects, and deadlines.
• Maintain organized project files and current tracking documents.

• 5+ years of professional design experience
  , preferably in an agency or in-house marketing environment.
• A portfolio showing original campaign concepts through completed execution.
• Demonstrated success developing creative ideas that have been approved and brought to market.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Strong visual design fundamentals, including typography, layout, color, and branding.
• Experience collaborating with or guiding other designers.
• Confidence presenting creative ideas and the ability to respond constructively to feedback.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and deadline management.
• Experience using AI creative tools is a plus.
• Motion graphics, video editing, or photography experience is a plus.

• Full-time, Monday-Friday
• Compensation based on experience
