• Administer medications and perform prescribed treatments.
• Monitor patient condition and accurately document assessments, outcomes, and changes.
• Support care plan implementation and assist with continuity of patient care.
• Educate patients and families on care needs, treatments, and health guidance.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety, infection-control, and clinical standards.

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Graduate Nurse Resident status.
• Strong clinical skills in direct patient care, medication administration, and treatment support.
• Ability to closely observe, assess, and report patient status changes.
• Effective communication and patient/family education skills.
• Commitment to safety practices, infection prevention, and professional standards.
