Overview
This individual is responsible to food production in all areas of the department. A knowledge of all methods of cookery is required for this position. The individual must be able to produce a quality, eye appealing product within an allotted amount of time. Performs related duties as assigned.

Mercy Hospital Southeast, 1701 Lacey Street, Cape Girardeau, MO 63701 - Hours/
Schedule:
Full-Time (40-hrs per week)
Education:
None.
Licensure:
Food Handler within 180 days.
Experience:
2 or more years of food service experience preferred.
Certifications:
None.
Other:
Skills, knowledge and abilities:
Excellent integrity, Takes initiative, Good moral character, Effectively communicate in English, both orally and written, Basic Math Skills, Time Management Skills, Great interpersonal skills.

Equipment Used:
All food preparation equipment including oven, grill, chopper, slicer, blender, mixer, and steamer also able to push, pull and grip 50 pounds and pinch 10 pounds.
