Hourly rate ranges from $19.00 - $19.25 per hour and depends on qualifications and experience.

The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services. The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager in overall store operations, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and managing all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence to Company policies and procedures.

This position will work up to 38 hours per week. Minimum age requirement is 18. Physical demands include more than 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 pounds. Prior retail and/or management experience is required.
