Role: 2020 Companies seeks a reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Field Service Representative to join our team and represent leading brands like Dell, Intel, Dyson, Google, and HP. In this role, you’ll execute a wide range of in-store tasks, including installation and updating of sales floor fixtures and endcaps, buildouts, resets, display repairs, and following planograms and client-specific directives. You’ll work independently, meet deadlines, and use mobile applications and technology to complete assignments efficiently and professionally.

Responsibilities- Installing and updating sales floor fixtures and endcaps
- Performing buildouts, resets, and display repairs
- Following planograms and client-specific directives
- Responding promptly and maintaining consistent communication with field services management
- Representing the company and maintaining availability accuracy
- Completing all assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates
- Installing and building displays, end caps, and fixturing
- Completing necessary forms/images/surveys associated with each job before leaving the site
- Maintaining and updating displays according to planograms/client requests
- Conducting break-fix repairs to ensure displays and fixtures are fully functional
- Participating in early morning installations and those involving a team of 2+ people
- Managing virtual software and ensuring timely execution of tasks
- Assisting other team members as needed
- Accurate timecard submission and reporting anomalies daily
- Working independently in a fast-paced environment
- Participating in training and certification programs
- Tracking, recording, and communicating activity via designated systems/workflows
- Availability for weekend assignments as needed
- Age / Eligibility:
Must be 18 or older and authorized to work in the United States - Availability:
Flexible Monday–Friday; weekend and holiday availability as needed; early morning or late-night hours as required - Physical Abilities:
Climb a ladder up to 10 feet; lift up to 60 lbs; kneel, walk, crouch, bend, reach - Education:
High school diploma or equivalent; retail or merchandising experience beneficial but not mandatory - Experience:
Installation and merchandising experience; proficiency with hand and power tools; ability to follow planograms - Technology:
Own an Android or Apple mobile device to upload photos/data; navigate communication platforms - Training:
Complete all training assignments within designated time frames; ability to work collaboratively and autonomously - Transportation and Travel:
Reliable transportation; valid driver’s license and proof of insurance; willingness to travel up to 90 miles per assignment - Leadership & Communication:
Professional communication and leadership skills; ability to work autonomously with strong time management and reporting
- Salary: $17.10 per hour, depending on location and experience
- Next-day pay on demand with Daily Pay
