Outside Sales Representative

Annual salary: $31,500/year

• Plan outreach strategy & identify potential residential and business customers.
• Travel throughout the local area to engage with individuals and business owners.
• Actively listen to their internet needs and present tailored solutions.
• Build rapport, answer questions, and articulate the value of Wisper’s high‑speed internet services.
• Follow up on leads, nurture relationships, and close sales to achieve targets.
• Attend local networking events to expand Wisper’s presence.
• Organize notes, update progress, and prepare for the next day’s opportunities.

• 6+ months of experience in inbound sales, door‑to‑door sales, or a related customer service role.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Goal‑oriented mindset with a self‑motivated, hunter mentality.
• Ability to work independently and outdoors year‑round, drive safely, and build and maintain professional customer relationships.
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
