• Assist experienced plumbers with service calls, installations, and replacements

• Help install and maintain plumbing fixtures, piping, and related equipment

• Prepare tools, materials, and supplies for daily jobs

• Load and unload equipment and materials

• Learn basic plumbing techniques and troubleshooting procedures

• Support plumbing projects by measuring, cutting, and preparing materials

• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas

• Follow instructions and established safety procedures

• Help ensure jobs are completed efficiently and correctly

• Communicate professionally with customers and coworkers

• No previous plumbing experience necessary

• Interest in learning plumbing and developing a skilled trade career

• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance

• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn

• Comfortable working with hand and power tools or learning how to use them

• Ability to perform physically active work

• Willingness to follow directions and learn from experienced team members

• Positive attitude and ability to work well with others

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

• Flexibility to work overtime when needed

Previous experience in construction, HVAC, electrical, maintenance, landscaping, warehouse operations, or other hands‑on work is helpful but not required.
