CPSEMO is seeking a Rapid Rehousing Specialist to work directly with YYAs experiencing homelessness, helping them obtain and sustain permanent housing using Housing First, Positive Youth Development, and trauma‑informed care.
You will provide housing navigation, landlord engagement, and individualized case management, coordinating with partners and using HMIS data to monitor progress and ensure timely, stable housing outcomes.
