General Definition of Work
Position responsible for training youth in a one-on-one, partner or group setting for a specific sport. Training is offered in the following sports:
- Basketball
- Volleyball
- Soccer
- Baseball
- Softball
- Football
Essential Functions
- Evaluate the trainee and provide an individual skills workout specifically for them.
- Teach the rules of the game, strategies and playing tactics.
- Conduct yourself in a respectful, confident, and secure manner.
Qualifications
- General understanding of the game.
- Previous playing experience.
- Previous coaching or training experience preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work on an as-needed basis.
