A well-established shared services environment is seeking a detail-oriented accounts payable clerk with strong creditors experience to join their Cape Town finance team. Ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, deadline-driven environment and values accuracy and strong supplier relationships.

• Manage the full accounts payable function
• Perform monthly creditor reconciliations and month-end accruals
• Process invoices, payments, and purchase orders accurately and on time
• Maintain supplier relationships and banking details
• Support cash flow reporting, fixed assets, and compliance requirements

• Grade 12 with an accounting diploma or degree
• 2–3 years’ experience in accounts payable / creditors
• Strong Excel skills and experience on an accounting system (Great Plains advantageous)
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Strong organisational, communication, and analytical skills
