• End-to-end accounting for income-producing properties
• Budgeting, forecasting, and portfolio reporting
• Lease reviews, recoveries, and reconciliations
• Supporting asset and property management teams

You

• Proven experience in property or real estate accounting
• Strong Excel and reporting skills
• Confident, structured, and commercially aware
