Responsibilities

  • Perform the full debtors' function, including invoicing and account administration
  • Maintain and update storage cards and customer records
  • Generate and distribute monthly storage invoices
  • Process and allocate direct deposits accurately
  • Monitor debtor ageing and update payment records
  • Follow up on outstanding accounts and storage arrears
  • Resolve debtor queries professionally and efficiently
  • Calculate and communicate annual storage rate increases
  • Issue quarterly storage insurance notifications to applicable clients
  • Prepare account renders for ex-store clients
  • Assist with general invoicing and other accounts administration duties as required
  • Maintain accurate filing and reporting records
