Account Manager​/Junior Bookkeeper

A growing and dynamic company is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Account Manager / Bookkeeper to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with client account management, financial administration, bookkeeping functions, and company tax submissions. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, eager to learn, and able to work in a fast-paced environment, recently graduated or related experience

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain client accounts and relationships
• Assist with day-to-day bookkeeping functions
• Capture and process financial transactions accurately
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain financial records
• Process invoices, payments, and supplier reconciliations
• Assist with debtors and creditors administration
• Prepare and submit company tax documentation and related submissions
• Ensure compliance with financial and tax regulations
• Maintain accurate filing systems and financial reports
• Liaise with clients regarding account queries and financial matters
• Support the finance and operations team with administrative tasks

Requirements

• Grade 12 / Matric
• Previous bookkeeping or account management experience advantageous
• Experience with company tax submissions mandatory
• Qualification in Accounting, Bookkeeping, Finance, or a related field
• Experience on basic level with payroll system would be beneficial
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
