• Certificate / Diploma in Accounting
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience as a bookkeeper
• Knowledge of Accounting Principles (
  incl. trial balance
  )
• SAGE X3 Experience would be an Advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Packages
• Bank Reconciliations
• Debtors (claims to clients and occupational rent)
• Creditors
• Loan Accounts (internal and External)
• Everything up to Trial Balance
• Prepare Timeous Monthly cash flow Forecast
• Check invoices vs appointments/quotes for correctness
• Managing bank accounts and Generating payments for multiple entities on Standard Bank and Nedbank
• Managing Petty Cash
• Compiling Fund documents for Property Bonds
• Submit various claims to Property Bonds
• Compare Actual vs Feasibility (Budgets) in Excel
• Maintaining Price lists and commission statements
• Keep incomes and expenses schedule up to date
• VAT Reconciliations and Submit VAT
  201 for various entities
• Liaising with auditors on an annual basis
• Filing of all company and project related documentation

• High numeric skills
• Be able to prioritise
• Work in a high pressure and fast pace environment
