Ultimate Search Consultants is seeking a Fund Accountant to join our Finance team in Cape Town. The role involves supervising trainee fund accountants, coordinating with external auditors and preparing NAVs and management accounts on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
You will also prepare statutory financial statements, liaise with fund managers, brokers and custodians, and ensure listings and compliance requirements are met.
