Travelstart's Club Travel team is seeking a Junior BSP Refunds Administrator to join the team based in Century City. You will process refunds and EMD refunds, with a focus on accuracy, customer service, and efficient handling in a dynamic environment.
Daily responsibilities include processing refunds on BSP Link and the GDS system, applying penalties, issuing credit notes, and responding to refund queries within 24 hours while supporting the BSP Department as needed.
