Atticus Property in Cape Town is seeking a finance professional to join a small, dynamic team managing 15 buildings and ~150 tenants. You will prepare monthly management accounts, forecast cash flow, reconcile the general ledger, and oversee invoicing for the tenant base.
This hybrid role requires a BCom (Accounting) and experience; CIMA candidacy is a plus. The Spice Yard office in Salt River will host on-site work with some remote days as needed.
