99 Cents in Cape Town is seeking a diligent finance administrator to manage debtors, invoicing, and routine ledger tasks. You will bill CE/signed CE, verify VAT for international clients, and reconcile accounts in Magnetic and Xero.
You will prepare statements, email invoices to clients, update age analysis, and liaise with Client Service and Managers on outstanding payments. Experience with debtor ledgers and cost allocations is essential.
