Pam Golding Property Management Services (Pty) Ltd is urgently looking for an Accountant who will be responsible for all financial recording and reporting, for the Bodies Corporate and Home Owners’ Associations managed by the company. The successful candidate will be involved in the full accounting function, conducted with reference to the rules and regulations of community schemes and real estate.
Responsibilities will be focused on administration, accounting, consolidation, full bookkeeping competency, debtors, creditors, treasury, cashbook, budgets and management accounts. Position is based in City Centre, Cape Town.
