What You'll Be Doing:
- Reconciling customer accounts like a pro.
- Managing collections and reducing outstanding debt.
- Resolving customer queries and claims.
- Building great relationships with customers.
- Monitoring credit risk.
- Processing claims and remittances accurately.
- Keeping debtor accounts up to date.
- Supporting the Finance team with ad hoc tasks.
- 1 - 2 years' experience in Accounts Receivable.
- FMCG, Manufacturing or Logistics experience
- Strong reconciliation skills.
- Experience on Pastel Evolution and Excel.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting or Bookkeeping.
