Hotel Jobs is seeking a methodical Bookkeeper in Cape Town to manage daily financial operations for a premium dining venue. You will oversee accounts payable, reconciliations, inventory reporting, and general ledger entries, reporting to the Group Financial Controller and GM.
You must have at least 3 years of hands-on bookkeeping experience; hospitality experience is a plus. Proficiency in Xero or Pastel and restaurant POS/inventory systems is essential, with strong Excel and numerical accuracy.
