Account Receivable Administrator

The purpose of this role is to perform and support the standard Operational Finance activities.

• Have knowledge of Microsoft Navision and good excel skills
• Prepare client invoices and statements to clients
• Create new client accounts.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements as it relates to the group policies and procedures
• Weekly and Monthly analysis of debtors ageing.
• Following up on outstanding accounts and cash conversion targets.
• AR Bank reconciliation
• Resolving client queries
• Reviewing and reconcile AR balance sheet accounts
• Assist with annual audit queries
• Processing intercompany charges_ reducing Bellin/Coupa KPI scores.
• Team player and working in compliance with Dentsu code of conduct.
