We are currently seeking a Financial Accountant to join our clients dynamic team in the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town. As the Financial Accountant, you will report directly to the Manager and play a key role in the finance department.

• BCom Honours pref but not essential, majoring in financial accounting together with SAIPA membership/registration.
• Proven track record of at least 2-3 years’ relevant experience in a financial accounting or audit role, demonstrating excellent attention to detail.
• Independent self-starter with a strong work ethic and the ability to deliver.
• Manufacturing experience will be advantageous.

Duties:

• Manage the full accounting cycle, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger and financial reporting.
• Oversee day-to-day finance operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and general ledger activities.
• Ensures monthly management accounts completed on-time-in-full.
