Senior Accountant

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly management accounts.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and cash flow reporting.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax legislation, and statutory requirements.
• Prepare financial reports and analyse financial performance.
• Liaise with auditors during annual audits.
• Maintain and strengthen internal controls and financial processes.
• Support finance projects and business improvement initiatives.
• Assist with VAT, tax, and regulatory submissions.
• Provide support to the Financial Manager and broader finance team.

• BCom Accounting or equivalent qualification.
• Completed SAIPA or SAICA articles advantageous.
• 3-5 years' relevant accounting experience.
• Strong financial reporting and management accounting experience.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience working on ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
