• Capture and reconcile supplier transactions across assigned portfolios.
• Provide financial administration for store builds and refurbishment projects.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders (POs).
• Capture supplier invoices and process financial documentation.
• Reconcile invoices against approved project budgets.
• Perform supplier account reconciliations.
• Reconcile asset accounts against approved budgets.
• Liaise with project managers and relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate financial records and support project-related accounting processes.

• Degree or Diploma in Accounting essential.
• Previous creditors experience and/or asset capturing and reconciliation experience essential.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Sound accounting knowledge, including tax invoices, credit notes, journals and payment terms.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Pastel Partner experience advantageous.
• Retail or restaurant industry experience advantageous.
• Reliable, organised and committed to a long-term opportunity.
• Must be comfortable working fully office-based in Claremont.
• Immediate availability or a one-month notice period advantageous.
