• Answer, screen, and direct high volumes of calls professionally
• Manage large, fast-paced switchboards accurately and efficiently
• Welcome and assist visitors with warmth and confidence
• Handle and relay messages promptly and correctly
• Coordinate appointments, meetings, and electronic diaries
• Receive and sort mail and deliveries
• Maintain an organised, tidy, and welcoming reception area
• Assist with general client, customer, and staff queries

• Exceptional communication skills (verbal & written)
• Strong customer service orientation
• Professional presentation and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organisational ability and attention to detail
• Reliable, adaptable, and calm under pressure
• Proficient in MS Office and Outlook
• Team-oriented with initiative and professionalism

• Proven 2 years reception experience is essential
• Experience operating a large, busy switchboard
• Prior corporate reception and front-line administrative experience
• Well-spoken, articulate, and immaculately presented
• Own reliable transport advantageous due to varied client locations
