Minimum Requirements

  • Matric
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must have attention to detail.
  • Must be punctual and of sober habits.
  • Must be able to work overtime when requested.
  • Must be able to perform well under pressure.
  • Must be PC literate and have administrative skills.
  • Clear criminal record.
  • Must have 2-3 years experience

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assisting customers collecting their orders,
  • Checking, marking and packing items for couriers,
  • Reading and responding to all emails from different departments,
  • Clearly communicating with different departments within the company,
  • Passing messages to the relevant persons via email or phone,
  • Printing and writing up invoices.
