Minimum Requirements
- Matric
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have attention to detail.
- Must be punctual and of sober habits.
- Must be able to work overtime when requested.
- Must be able to perform well under pressure.
- Must be PC literate and have administrative skills.
- Clear criminal record.
- Must have 2-3 years experience
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assisting customers collecting their orders,
- Checking, marking and packing items for couriers,
- Reading and responding to all emails from different departments,
- Clearly communicating with different departments within the company,
- Passing messages to the relevant persons via email or phone,
- Printing and writing up invoices.
