Position:
Admin and Office Clerk:
Paarden Eiland, Cape Town.
- Adhere to the company’s management system (ISO 9001). Know the management system.
- Adhere to Health & Safety regulations and procedures.
- Ensure training sheets are completed when training is conducted.
- Receptionist – answering phones and taking messages.
- Secretarial support to branch staff.
- General administration of the branch.
- Invoicing and filing of sales orders.
- Create purchase orders.
- Recon and maintain a cash float for daily expenses.
- Process credit card payments.
- Minutes of meetings.
- Loading cash clients on Accpac.
- Transfer stock request in absence of branch manager.
- Stock requisitions.
- Grade 12 (Matric).
- Must be computer literate.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as receptionist.
- Strong communication skills, friendly and well spoken.
- Sage 300 experience advantageous.
