Position: ADMIN ASSISTANTS
Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities

1.Administrative Support:

• Diary Management of Head of Field Operations and Head of Sales (appointments and travel)

• Prepare meeting agendas, minutes and follow up actions.

• Draft reports and presentations.

• Maintain organized online physical filing system.

2. Operational Coordination:

• Assist in tracking operational performance metrics and project timelines.

• Support coordination between departments (sales, logistics, procurement, production).

• Compile and consolidate weekly and monthly operational reports.

• Monitor and follow up on key operational tasks and deliverables.
