As a Studio Coordinator, you will support the management of resources and administration within the studio. You will report to the Studio Operations Director and assist with project timings, schedules, and deliveries. Your role is vital in ensuring that our creative teams have everything they need to complete projects successfully and on time.
What you’ll be doing- Assisting the Studio Operations Director and the 3D and DX departments with project timings, scheduling, and delivery
- Assisting client services with project management, timings, and schedules
- Making sure the 3D and DX teams have all necessary assets in advance to complete their projects
- Maintaining regular dialogue with traffic and checking in with the heads of creative and client services
- Liaising with the wider creative teams to plan upcoming work
- Monitoring time utilization and ensuring projects remain within budget and timescales
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Competency in preparing quotes, proposals, and timing plans
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure and stress
- A positive, polite attitude and a self-motivated work ethic
