JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Scanning Documents General queries Answering telephone
- General office duties
- Liaising with courier companies for collections and deliveries
- Quotations when client requires
- Communication with clients when required
- Compile and submit permit applications
- Attention to detail accuracy & able to multitask.
- MUST Fluent in English & Afrikaans
- Strong communication skills Computer Literacy
- Able to work under pressure
- Able to think outside the box
- Ability to work independently
- Valid driver license with own transport
- Matric
- Punctual
- Dependable
- Trustworthy
