Our client is looking for an Administrator to join their team!!

Due to the nature of the role and the client’s operational requirements, preference will be given to male candidates who hold a valid driver’s licence.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Scanning Documents General queries Answering telephone
  • General office duties
  • Liaising with courier companies for collections and deliveries
  • Quotations when client requires
  • Communication with clients when required
  • Compile and submit permit applications
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Attention to detail accuracy & able to multitask.
  • MUST Fluent in English & Afrikaans
  • Strong communication skills Computer Literacy
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Able to think outside the box
  • Ability to work independently
  • Valid driver license with own transport
  • Matric
  • Punctual
  • Dependable
  • Trustworthy
