Invoicing for 6 Branches –
Invoicing corporates for selected branches
Emailing Bank for Pre-Auth Cancellations
Taking payments
Processing Refunds
Attending to all invoice-related queries
Recording all payments and reconciling with Bank Settlement printouts.
Invoicing all claims and emailing all documentation to clients
Coordinating with all Branches regarding outstanding documents in order to finalize rentals.
Main Requirements
Ability to travel to Airport daily
Experience in Car rental / truck rental will be an added advantage
Grade 12
Relevant invoicing experience
