Role Overview
This role is perfect for a master multi-tasker who enjoys wearing a few different hats. You will be the administrative backbone of our agency, managing day-to-day office operations, supporting our Managing Director, and handling key financial administration. We are looking for someone who is efficient, proactive, and genuinely loves bringing order and flow to a busy business environment.
RequirementsKey Responsibilities
General Office Administration:
Keep the day-to-day operations of the agency running like a well-oiled machine, optimising and streamlining our administrative flow.
Executive Support:
Manage the calendar, scheduling, and daily time commitments for the Managing Director.
Financial Administration:
Handle daily finance requirements, including generating quotes, issuing invoices, and capturing/reconciling all payments through Xero.
Communication:
Act as a central point of contact, maintaining clear, professional, and friendly communication with clients, suppliers, and the internal team.
Core Skills & Experience
A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in an administrative role.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Highly efficient, detail-oriented, and naturally organised.
Proficiency with quoting, invoicing, and payment capturing (experience with Xero is a must).
A positive attitude and a love for creating structured workflows.
Bonus Points (Highly Favourable)
A basic qualification (certificate, diploma, or degree) in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Previous experience working in or alongside the promotional merchandise, branding, or events industries.
