Key performance areas

• Manage the Head of Primary’s diary and schedule appointments.
• Handle walk‑ins, filing, and documentation for the office.
• Arrange travel and update information on school systems.
• Send communications to parents and staff across platforms.
• Place orders for gifts, schedule exit interviews, and manage learner profiles.
• Plan and coordinate catering for events and functions, including stock and petty cash management.
• Support finance administration: leave registers, budgets, stock purchases, and capturing invoices.

Qualifications, experience and skills

• Grade 12 with a Secretarial Diploma.
• 1–2 years’ experience in a secretarial role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and school platforms.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and patience.
