Provide an effective service to clients by managing a portfolio of clients, facilitating trustee and advisory body meetings, and providing advice on employee benefits related matters.

2‑3 Years experience in a call centre or client service environment with proven knowledge of customer service principles and practices. Exposure to the insurance industry (preferred).

• Under the guidance of Principal or Senior Consultant provide effective service to clients
• Assist the Senior Consultant and/or Consultant with the day‑to‑day activities required to manage a portfolio of clients taking ownership of all queries and ensure that they are resolved timeously
• Build a network of relationships with service providers to ensure effective service delivery strawberries
• Provide a consistent service delivery to ensure client retention and satisfaction
• Assist with client invoicing and commission calculations ensuring that they are accurately calculated and allocated to clients
• Check the retainer income invoicing of stand‑alone funds to clients and any other ad‑hoc services invoice excluded in the retainer
• Prepare all agendas-ba minutes and file notes for conteúd client meetings ensuring quality and accurate reporting
• Follow up on action items from client meetings ensuring that they are executed within agreed timelines
