Senior Product Manager – Digital Platform

Overview

Are you a strategic product leader passionate about building scalable digital platforms and driving meaningful customer experiences? We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, and evolution of a large-scale intermediary digital platform within a dynamic and fast-paced financial services environment.

Type: 6-Months contract

• Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the intermediary platform
• Own and prioritise the platform backlog to ensure delivery of high-value initiatives
• Collaborate closely with technology, design, data, security, and business teams
• Drive platform adoption and enablement across multiple teams and business units
• Ensure scalable, resilient, secure, and compliant digital platform capabilities
• Track product success metrics including adoption, efficiency, reliability, and business impact
• Engage and influence senior stakeholders while balancing business value and delivery risks

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
• Postgraduate qualification or Product Management certification advantageous
• 7+ years’ product management experience within digital platforms or enterprise environments
• Strong experience managing product roadmaps, backlogs, and agile delivery processes
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, UX/UI, data, and security
• Financial services, fintech, or regulated industry experience advantageous
• Strong stakeholder engagement and strategic decision-making skills

• Strategic thinker with strong commercial and technical acumen
• Passionate about digital transformation and customer experience
• Comfortable working in complex, fast-changing environments
• Strong collaborator who can influence without direct authority
