- Elicit, analyze, validate, and document business requirements for IT projects and process improvements.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather detailed requirements.
- Develop functional specifications, user stories, and process models.
- Collaborate closely with development, QA, and project management teams to ensure accurate implementation.
- Analyze business processes and identify areas for optimization and efficiency gains.
- Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team throughout the project lifecycle.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Proven experience in requirements elicitation, documentation, and management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Jira).
