Senior Business Analyst; S​/Hana Migration Project

We are looking for a hands‑on Senior Business Analyst to support a large‑scale SAP S/4

HANA transformation within a retail environment. The role will focus on understanding current business processes, defining future‑state requirements and supporting process and solution design across the programme.

• Lead business and process analysis across complex transformation initiatives.
• Gather, document and translate business requirements into clear functional requirements.
• Map As‑Is and To‑Be processes, identifying gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Support business architecture and process design across the S/4
  
  HANA programme.
• Facilitate workshops with business, finance, SAP and technology stakeholders.
• Maintain process models and documentation using ARIS.
• Support testing, requirements traceability, process validation and implementation activities.
• Work closely with functional SAP teams to ensure business requirements are reflected in the solution.

• Strong, hands‑on Business Analysis experience within large transformation programmes.
• Previous SAP S/4
  
  HANA / ERP transformation exposure.
• Strong process analysis, process design and business architecture capability.
• Hands‑on experience with ARIS.
• Good understanding of Finance processes within a retail environment.
• Experience working across complex, enterprise‑scale programmes and multiple stakeholder groups.
• Strong workshop facilitation, documentation and stakeholder‑management skills.

A senior BA who can operate between business, process and SAP delivery teams, with strong retail/finance knowledge and the ability to independently drive requirements and process design.
