Mr Price Home is looking for a dynamic Senior Planner to lead merchandise planning strategy, ensure the right stock reaches the right stores at the right time, and mentor a passionate team.
Mr Price Home continues to deliver strong performance, driven by customer‑focused assortments and value‑led strategies. As Senior Planner, you’ll have visibility at executive level, influence seasonal strategies, and play a key role in building our “home‑grown talent” philosophy.
What you’ll do:- Lead planning strategy & align with business objectives
- Partner with Senior Buyers & cross‑functional teams
- Coach and develop planning associates
- Drive forecasting, KPI tracking & stock flow management
- Present insights to senior leadership
- 5–7 years merchandise planning experience (homeware experience advantageous)
- 2+ years team leadership/management experience
- Relevant degree/diploma (Economics, Finance, Supply Chain, Retail Business Management, or Statistics)
- Strong business acumen, analytical skills & advanced Excel proficiency
