  • Reporting:
Compile and maintain accurate internal and client-facing reports covering commercial performance, contractual matters and portfolio activities.
  • Data Management:
Gather, consolidate and verify information from internal systems and relevant stakeholders to ensure accurate and consistent reporting.
  • Deadline Management:
Monitor important contractual and administrative deadlines, proactively highlighting upcoming renewals, outstanding approvals, missing information and potential delays.
  • Cross-Departmental Coordination:
Liaise with Legal, Finance, Compliance, Product, Technical and other relevant teams to coordinate account-related documentation, reporting and administrative requirements.
  • Process Compliance:
Ensure contract management, reporting and documentation activities follow established procedures and service-level agreements (SLAs).
  • Issue Escalation:
Identify and communicate issues that could affect deadlines, contractual obligations or commercial activities, ensuring they are addressed by the appropriate stakeholders.
  • Commercial Support:
Provide reliable administrative and contractual assistance to the Business Development Manager and account management team, contributing to the effective management of the client portfolio.
  • General Support:
Assist with additional duties and commercial support activities as required by management to meet business objectives.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an Account Executive, Sales Support, Commercial Administration, Contract Administration or similar coordination-focused role.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills, with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience preparing, processing and maintaining contracts, amendments or other business documentation would be advantageous.

  • A proactive approach to tracking renewals, following up on outstanding approvals and identifying potential delays.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments, including Legal, Finance, Compliance, Product and Technical teams.
  • A process-driven mindset, with an understanding of the importance of accurate documentation, confidentiality and adherence to established procedures.
  • Experience in the iGaming, online gaming or sports betting industry would be advantageous.
  • A reliable, solutions-oriented approach and the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced commercial environment.
