My client is one of South Africa's largest multidisciplinary construction groups, they have the capacity to deliver a range of infrastructure development projects to clients across diverse sectors.

They have attained a Grade 9 rating from the South African Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB), providing it with unlimited tender capability.

Furthermore, its broad spectrum of expertise means that it has the capability and capacity to offer a single point of responsibility on multidisciplinary projects.

Requirements include:

• Minimum 5 years on-site experience in the construction industry, ideally on civil projects.

• Minimum 5 years experience in the estimating function pricing civil projects.

• Ability to translate tender specifications into practical understanding.

• Ability to review the tender documentation and identify any potential risks and/or gains.

• Ability to work on at least two (2) tenders at the same time. Time management skills.
