Quantity Surveyor (Site-based)

My client is a well-diversified engineering, procurement, and construction company.

He/she will be Cape Town-based and will be the administrator of subcontractor/supplier accounts from the preparation of detailed requisitions (tenders) and assessing of subcontract payments through to agreement of final accounts.

Requirements include:

• NEC contract experience / Strong working knowledge of Contract.

• 5 - 10 years working experience.

• Experience with in a construction/engineering background.

Salary Range: 600k – 420k

Accredited Degree in Quantity Surveying
