Job Description

A reputable property development company is currently in search of a Foreman to join their team in Cape Town. Candidates must be experienced in the building sector with extensive experience in high-end residential/ high-rise developments.

Requirements:

• N6/ National Diploma:
Building

• Senior Certificate

• 5-10 years’ experience within building construction

• Extensive experience in high-end residential/ high-rise developments

• Experienced in working on projects from inception to completion (setting out, finishes and handover)

• Able to run sections/ work independently

• Stable employment record with contactable references

• Proficient in MS Office
