We are seeking a motivated and experienced Junior Foreman based in Cape Town to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in construction, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to quality and safety on site.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily site operations ensuring efficiency and safety
- Coordinate and supervise workers and subcontractors
- Monitor project progress and report to senior management
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Assist in resource planning and scheduling
- Matric certificate required.
- Minimum 3 years of related experience in the construction environment.
- Must reside in Cape Town.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
