A reputable construction firm is currently in search of a Construction Director to join their team in Cape Town.

Requirements:

• BTech:
Construction Management

• Professionally registered with SACPCMP

• 10 years’ experience in the development of commercial and residential projects

• Management of projects from inception to completion

• Experience in organisation and project planning

• Experience in quality and risk assessment

• Extensive experience in the management of the JBCC and NEC form of contracts

• Management of legal compliance and construction regulations

• Negotiation of agreements

• Management of budget and time of projects

• Proficient in MS Office, MS Projects, CCS Candy
