Minimum requirements:
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Relevant qualification in Building Construction, Waterproofing, Civil Construction, Quality Management, or a related field
- 1–2 years' experience in a quality or site supervision role within the construction or waterproofing industry
- Valid driver's licence
- Own reliable transport
- Good understanding of waterproofing systems, materials, and application methods
- Computer literate (MS Office)
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
