Eastwood Estate is seeking a Finishing Foreman to lead on-site residential construction projects in the Western Cape. The role requires strong leadership, hands-on supervision, and a commitment to quality and safety on every site.
You will supervise daily on-site operations, coordinate labour, subcontractors and materials, ensure projects meet deadlines and standards, enforce health and safety regulations, and report progress to project management. Residence in the Western Cape is required.
