Responsibilities (but not limited to)
  • Craft copy suited to social media formats without sacrificing quality.
  • Work closely with creative teams (designers, art directors, etc.) and collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver consistent, on‑brand content.
  • Interpret briefs, seek clarity before execution, and propose solutions.
  • Adapt tone of voice for different clients and platforms.
  • Manage copy across small, medium and large projects, ensuring final delivery meets high standards.
  • Stay current with social media platforms, tools and content‑marketing fundamentals.
  • Rapidly learn emerging social media formats, trends and audience behaviours.
  • Express creative strategy and business insight, presenting ideas confidently to the team.
  • Adopt cross‑channel thinking and devise innovative ways to manipulate formats and platforms.
  • Provide constructive feedback, proofread for spelling, grammar and tone, and advise junior staff.
  • Engage in strategic thinking, analyse situations and respond with actionable solutions.
  • Keep current with advertising industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications / Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Copywriting / Digital Copywriting.
  • Proficient in Office
    365 (Teams, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Minimum 4 years working as a Women’s (MW) Copywriter in an advertising or digital agency.
  • Experience in TTL & Digital content, with deep knowledge of digital writing and industry trends.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and paid formats.
  • Active social media use, particularly on Tik Tok or willingness to explore.
  • Excellent command of English (verbal and written).
  • Strong presentation, time‑management and multitasking skills.
  • Portfolio demonstrating TTL & Digital work.
  • Team player, self‑directed, proactive, resilient, detail‑oriented and deadline‑driven.
